Rock Racing/ Bouncing/ U4 interest around Grand Junction Area?

Hello,

I'm looking to see if anyone would be interested in Rock Racing/ U4 / Rock bouncing in the area around Grand Junction.

It would be fun to organize some group rides and hillclimb sessions.

I'm aware there are some local crawling events, and would like to attend the next one, but what I'm really wanting to find or grow is a community/venue that caters towards the Rock Racers and Bouncers.

What I don't want to do is step on anyones toes or detract from an already good RC community.

Perhaps if there is enough interest, Bouncers and Rock Racers can be included in previously established events. For example, maybe have a challenge hillclimb or two included at a crawler event.

I'd love to set up some hillclimbs and rock racing courses if there is enough interest.

Post up if you have a rock racer, bouncer, or are interested in this type of RC.

Hopefully there is a group of hardcore rock bouncers around here and I just don't know it yet!

I am here in GJ, built up a Ryft this past year. Super fun rig, havent gotten into any type of comps with it. As for hill climbing/bouncing, if you are on Face Book (I am not, buit one of my buddies runs the group), check with Grand Valley RC. Really good group of guys, and they do a lot of different activities, crawling, bashing, street, etc. 970 Crawlers on FB also do quite a bit.

If there was a summer or Fall Series in GJ on a couple weekends I would probably drive from the front Range out there. Both for U4 and Bouncer Style events.
