Review,, 1.9 Pit Bull Growler, Prototype

One of my favorite shots from a vid day

And the next shot of a front tire slashing a road into the terrain

These are side shots of a four foot 90 degree turn at a decent speed.

Was checking out your sig ProjectSCX10 and I'm running similar setups in my 1.9 Wraiths. So far my brushless rig loves them on most terrains with wet testing still in the works. Supreme speed runs with no unintentional traction rolls to report. One of the first tire sets I've had that hasn't been quickly considered for cuts or foams though I see where heavier rigs will want to tune with firmer foam setups.

Good to hear joey (not creepin, haha, im Gavin in 1.9 Wraith crew on FB).

I've had a set of TSL XL DWs on the shelf for about 2 months now. I'll run stock foam first just to see how they are "thumbsup"

Hey Gavin!

On the XL front, I never did try the stock foams. Went with the CI combo and couldn't be more impressed.

As for the Growlers: they are going under the Oly rehash as a scale "speed" tire for "scale" desert fun runs Gottorque and I have been discussing. I might have to go with CI DW since the Oly chassis is a little weighty in comparison but all in good time.

Is this tire officially released yet? Been holding off getting a set of rubber for awhile now, waiting for these.

Lucky you.
Hey mate im sure you guys will all get yours soon. Us guys in Oz usually get out gear well after you guys being at the bottom of the world. Supose is just luck of how pre orders ship. Look forward to seeing your rigs all picked up in here soon.

I have leaned the hard way not to ever preorder again. People are getting these tires and mine hasn't shipped yet kinda crazy if you ask me!

Pretty unfair for sure. I've been out $60 for about 2 months now. Not good for business...

Pitbull is lucky they make great tires.... I would never buy their stuff again if there was anything comparable ...
