Aw Man! Yer killin' me here, killin' me!
Pickin' a favorite? This just ain't right.
Alright,
of all the r/c's I've owned,
I'll pick as my favorite.........
my Axial Scorpion RTC (AX90011, I think?)
This is the one I started in comps with, had better success with this in competitions than I did with any of my other vehicles, and now it's been extensively modified 'stem to stern'. Most others in my humble fleet are just too much for me to keep up with if I ever tried to compete with them. With the Scorpion, I wasn't usually podium material, but I wasn't outclassed to the point of wanting to quit after the first race, either.
Now you know how much that hurt, right? I mean, I'm carrying around my first hobby-grade r/c (Associated TQ-10), also had to brush aside my OFNA Hyper Mini ST-e (Velineon powered). Even the repeated and merciless beating the Slash has taken couldn't keep it in the running. The Scorp clawed it's way to the top of the heap, and secured a well fought victory.
