I took it seriously about the site closing. Then, I took the retard bashing for being a gullable retard. I don't think some people can take the small amount of.....rough answers or easy abuse that some people dish out. I've been on a while and I know some of you are just peckerheads. But, you're also gonna throw ANY and ALL information my way if you know the answer and I ask. RCC is like that guy that comes off as a prick, but isn't all that bad when you learn his sense of humor. But I don't think some people stick around to get the feel of it. Just my .02

I would sure hope that people dont really feel that way still, thats why I and a few others were made MODs to cut down on people being pricks to each other. Sure there will still be the everyone once and while post where someone acts like a dick but I myself scan my forums as well as many others (chit chat alot) to make sure people arent being dicks. RCC is a great place, I have been a member of many forums and this is one of the best ones IMO because there are alot of great members with alot of useful info. Since its a very large community it also results in alot of feedback, most of the time positive or at least constructive. I know I have posted some of my stuff on other forums and havent gotten one reply and had a 200 views, where as when I post it here everyone is replying like crazy and have questions, comments, and feedback. To me that is the whole point of message boards, to share common knowledge and learn new things, I know for sure I have learned many of new scale tricks here for my rigs and I would hope that some of my tricks that I use on my trucks encourage and help others to build cool new trucks. One thing I will say is, I dont believe that you should HAVE TO purchase a star to be thought of as serious member or something. I have a few friends here who do not have stars who I have crawled with and have worthy trucks (with help from here) and have had useful posts and they are not tools. Not everyone may be into the site as much as some of the other guys here. I know when I signed up originally and started posting more frequently I bought a star purely for the reason that I wanted an avatar. I wasnt event thinking of the fact that the 20$ I spent went to more then just me being able to have an avatar. Now that I Mod here, behind the scenes sort of speak, I realize just how much work Jason and John put into this place to keep it running fast and smoothly and be able to hold all the info and everything else. I think there are some that realize the amount of money and effort it takes to run a site like this while others dont have a clue. So I will leave off with this, if you want to support the site and buy a star then thats awesome, and RCC thanks you for your continuing support. This goes for people who even by the 1$ ,or however the fawk much the cost windshield banner stickers, even that stuff is helping and promotes the site. However if you cant afford to buy a star, or you dont have pay pal or whatever the reason that doesnt make you a bad person in my eyes. Sure there will be some tools here and there, and they may not have a star but those type of people are anywhere and everywhere.
