Rc4wd wheels cut beads!

Nice, hope they solve the problem. Keep us updated and pics when they arrive before you try to mount tires.

I contacted rc4wd about this issue and they say they are send me new inner lock rings and new tires. I hope the new rings work. Not bad customer service so far with them. If they send me everything and the new lock rings solve the problem I will be a happy customer.

See that's cool that they are taking care of you but this has me confused. Their wheels have been cutting beads for a while. It's not like they just now heard about this and are fixing it for you and all other wheels sold from now on. They are simply sending you rings from a set of one of their narrower wheels. Like I said, it's good that they are fixing your issue but it's still BS. Everyone that buys a set of their wheels has to call and get a narrower set of rings from a different wheel set or fix them on their own?

Then again some people would rather bitch and complain about every vendor

I'm surprised anything fits in my truck after the expert opinions expressed here

My tires and lock rings all showed up. The lock rings are smaller and not as thin. I'm still not sure if I'm going to use them after I modified the stock rings to work. In the end I am happy with the customer support.
