RC4WD 1/24 micro Trail Finder 2

Seems a little expensive. I get the hard body adds cost but not a fan that the wheels don't use hexes (limits options) and not sure what it'll look like with 1.0" wheels/tires.

It's always nice to have more options and as far as scale looks this is one of the better ones. Not super crazy about the N30 motor and lack of gear reduction and lack of leaf springs if they're gonna call it a Trail Finder but I'll probably still buy one.

Wow, this really opens up the whole 1/24-1/25 plastic model world to RC conversion using that Trail Finder 2 chassis...

Cute little booger.

Why did Rc4wd immediately provide a motor swap? Not enough grunt on the original?
Another similar act like when the first 1/18 defender came out? An upgraded gearbox.

only for fanboys ... from the video you can tell the aX rigs are far more capable and better looking than these bugger specially at that price point. Worst release of the year IMHO.

watched a few reviews, i'm undecided on it.

the smaller tires i'm unsure of and wondering what one would look like with some 1" wheels

the power looks a bit iffy as well, even with the "upgraded" motor, it seems to drive a lot like the enduro24 which needed a lot of upgrades to function even half as good as the scx24 stock

that being said i do kinda love the look of it

This is a far better looking rig than any ill proportioned axial 24 junk. But agreed, it stops there, not even considering the price lol. Having to make new axles and already having the yota housing designed , why not run with that??

This thing looks killer but for the price it's got to perform a little better.

This body + SCX24 + Furitek setup.....now we're talking!

i broke down and got one at the hobby shop the other day, i couldn't pass it up. still undecided, its got its downfalls just like any other 1/24 rig

I got mine in the mail today. 1/24 kits fit perfectly on this chassis, which will be great when there are enough aftermarket parts to make it drivable. The stock motor is terrible. The stock servo is weak and the steering is bad too.

This is my first RC4WD rig, and I am disappointed! I really like the design with the CMS, but compared to my Kyosho this is just terrible.

Where it does succeed is the scale. A K5 hardbody would be really cool at this scale.
