Radiolink RC6GS V2 and TRX4 diff locker config

I've looked in to it some more, and it does look like a good option, but I need an extra channel for lights.

Because the RC6GS is 6 channel and the RC7FG receiver has 7 channel lanes, am I able to assign the slave channel's toggle to a "channel 7"?

The setup would go:
CH1: Steering Steering wheel
Ch2: ESC Throttle
Ch3: 2 speed Variable Knob
Ch4iff lock 1 Toggle one
Ch5iff lock 2 Toggle one (button switch channel)
Ch6: winch Toggle Two
Ch7: Lights Button switch

That would mean having 6 buttons operating 6 channels. Would that work?

I was actually looking for something like that!

I might end up going this route, but it is pretty pricey.

I also found a Flysky Nobel pro, apparently can do 18 channels but price is really steep. I could get another kit with it, 18 channels though

Yes, it's pricey. Sorry about that. There is only so much I can do and I've tried, but I find it hard to work for too little money, so I just charge what makes sense for the amount of effort I put into it.

There is no Chnl 7 on the RX7GS receivers. 7 refers to the Telemetry (which does run on 'A Channel') which displays rx/battery levels and signal on the Tx screen.

You have 6 usable channels. You may be able to combine the 2 lockers onto 1 3 way switch, opening up a 3way for the winch, and the 6th channel for lights...


Thinking, have one 3 way set up in one spot is unlocked, center position on 3way is one locker (rear may be) then the next is both F and R lockers...
Thinking I've seen someone do that so think it is possible.

Ya, these work pretty well. have this one on my Redneck Blazer. Nice as you only have to power it and the remove is the FAB, frees up a channel also. Just need to rewire it for my rig. Be sure you get it right or you'll toast the controller part. lol

That's what I want to do, but the problem is I would have to still use a channel on the RX to mix two servos in one lane, so it would still end up having all 6 useable channels plugged in.

I just saw Radiolinks new rc6gs v3, which adds an extra channel. I might pick up one of those if I can't figure it out.
