Can i use 24t stock plastic horn on the 25t stock tactic servo? i was told it was a 25t servo, will it cause some problems? specially on the servo itself?

If you manage to get it on the servo it wont last long beforw ir breaks

No, it has the wrong number of teeth to match up with the servo. You should get a quality clamping servo horn 25T.
