Ok, I am trying to find out what the largest spur gear there is available in 32-pitch, 48-pitch, & 64-pitch...and I am also trying to find out what the smallest pinion gear there is available in 32-pitch, 48-pitch, & 64-pitch. Do any of you know for sure? Or can you tell me the largest spur and smallest pinion in each pitch you have ever seen/had? I would greatly appreciate it!

So far, my limited research (searching Tower Hobbies) has turned up the following;

32-Pitch: Largest Spur = 72T
32-Pitch: Smallest Pinion = 6T (RC4WD)

48-Pitch: Largest Spur = 96T
48-Pitch: Smallest Pinion = 12T

64-Pitch: Largest Spur = 111T
64-Pitch: Smallest Pinion = 16T

Here ya go...for spurs they have 32p all the way up to 100 tooth, 48p to 150, and 64p to 128 in materials like nylon, acetal, and aluminum.

6 tooth is going to be the smallest pinion you'll find for 32p.
Someone makes a 11 tooth 48p pinion...I have one....but I don't recall where I bought it. I think there is a 10 tooth out there, but not real sure.
I'm clueless on 64p pinions...never had to look for them.

When you're looking, make sure it's for a 1/8" (~3mm) shaft and not for a smaller one meant for the mini or micro motors.
