Has anyone dry fit the body to the Losi Baja Rey?
Want to build it but I dont know if it fits nice enough as the WB of the Proline Bronco R shorter.

Thanks

The wheelbase issue is easier to overcome than the width. You can shorten the rear end with Yeti/Bomber/SMT10 length trailing arms (which would still be a tad too long, but you can just fudge it by cutting the wheel openings closer to the ends of the body) or even Twin Hammers length (which are pretty much spot on for an SCT body) IF you can figure out a driveshaft that's short enough AND has enough travel (or just limit the rear suspension's available droop.) The problem with the Bronco R body is that it's narrower than your typical SCT body and won't fit over the width of the cage. If you're willing to ditch the cage altogether, it would be easy enough to make some body mounts that would work.

Thanks for the idea, I have ordered the body though. And after looking the Bronco R pic, the rear fender actually not fully curved to the back. Probably this will fit good enough. But I have to figure it out for the mounting and(or) the cage.
