I saw that some people were putting bushings in the trans and tossing the stock bearings, is there anything else we need to do right off the bat?

I would highly recommend using the Traxxas bushings in the plastic portion of the trans case...but you'll either need to drill out the stock plates to accept 9mm bearings or buy the VP or Axial upgrades...we do have the silver VP motor plates and trans cases in stock...upper link mounts too...just sayin "thumbsup"

Another cheap mod that Michael can vouch for is order an extra front axle housing and install it on the rear. That really helps with not busting the gears in the rear due to the rear axle housing design. I will do it one day myself.....lol

Here it is RTR!!!

Been working on my MRC Pro and thought I would show the finished product to you guys and gals. My daughter wanted to leave the body clear so you can see the esc lights and the wiring. Thought it was a pretty cool idea myself so I added some stickers. I think it looks pretty cool. What you guys think?

looks good what motor esc did u decide to go with

I went with the novak mongoose brushless setup. It's 18.5 turns and turns it on pretty good. Can't run it too much because the pinion gear that came with the motor was aluminum and the threads stripped out first thing. Gotta get a stainless one for it. I ran it in the house and the one I had extra I had to drill out to fit the shaft and it wobbles and is starting to show wear on the spur gear. So nomore running until I get another pinion gear.
