Orlandoo Hunter OH32X02 Trophy Truck build

I have just started building the Orlandoo Hunter 1:32 scale Trophy Truck kit. I bought it with the D4L electronics bundle that came with a lighting and sound group. Has anyone successfully installed lights on this model? I don't want to use all the lighting as I don't think everything suits a trophy truck build but I would like to incorporate headlights and rear/brake lights.

The kit build is now almost complete. What an incredibly frustrating build and my biggest RC car challenge ever. With 1:10 scale, you at least have a chance to make slight modifications if things go wrong but at 1:32 scale, it is much more difficult.
