Oops I bought a wraith 1.9

Short update. I finally got all my Incision links assembled and installed. I left the rear high clearance bomber links on there for now. Also installed the SSD universals. Wow much much more steering angle than before than, and the links really helped and caused a problem. Previously, with the dog bones, I didn't have to worry about the tire hitting the frame. Now, it can really stuff the tire hard into the frame. I may have to drop the tire size down a little bit to clear that.

I also didn't install the HW1080 or the new motor yet. I found out I didn't have any more servo extensions, and I don't want to have to tear into the receiver box anymore than needed at this point. So the stock, esc and the motor will stay a bit longer since the HH 8t 550 won't work on 3s with the stock, esc.

I may also get HumboldtEF receiver box fix and rear bumper printed as well. Its coming slow and stead but its getting there. Hopefully will get a chance to take it out and test the new parts tomorrow.

I just took mine out after being dormant for a while. This rig is really fun. How is yours coming along? Did you ever print the bumper? I just ordered it from Jawstec thanks to HumboltEF for the heads up on that website. Pic from the outing:

To battle the torque twist, try this guy:

https://dluxfab.com/AR44-Link-Riser-SCX10ii-Rear-p369653330

It adjusts the angle of the upper rear axle links to give more anti-squat which helps with torque twist. I did this plus some Vanquish under drive gears in the rear and it is all but gone.

Well it's been awhile since I've updated on this thread but here are a few teaser pictures.

Will have more updates soon

Finally got a 3d printer for my birthday so these projects can continue.

Here's a few more pictures and what started as one soon became 3..............it's partially twade984's fault for selling me another one.

Ebay spare parts rig(black) on the right. It will either be built or used for parts. Has stock electronics, reverse mounted transmission, ssd rear axle, boom racing phat ar44 recon g6 fix with universals, nonname junk shocks, ssd wheels and proline bloggers. It's has some brass upgrades as well on front. Miscelaneous metal front bumper. Missing the grill and reciever lid.

Far left rig is in top shape thanks to Twade. He put all the goodies into it vanquish links and universals and upgraded lockers. BP Customs metal frame brace. I have added capra shocks and hw1080 with a hh crawlmaster sport 8t and a 11t pinion. Next to this rig is a printed bed tub and fuel cell with a set of rear inner fenders and member HumboldtEF's bumper.

Middle rig is what started this whole build thread off. Not much has changed other than the 3d printed parts from above already installed. Very happy with the fit for 3d printed parts from 3 different designers need only minor tweaks to work very well together.

The plan is to paint the parts black or at least the bumpers and when scratched will appear like painted metal.

All in all all those parts only added 70 grams of weight

More updates to follow soon as I get an order in.

Well this is a great idea and concept but I'm having serious issues getting the geometry to work at all.

I had great plans to put ar45 portals on my wraith with a rc4wd 2 speed trans. So far I will be swapping the trans but looks like I'll be putting it back to ar44 axles for now.

Any suggestions on links would be appreciated.
