I am trying to give this guy the benefit of the doubt but It is nearly impossible. He avoids communicating with me like the plague. I bought a brand new trailfinder2 from him in early November. Got the run around like you wouldn't believe about shipping. There is so much more to this than I can even begin to type out.
Says he shipped it out and filled the box with tons of extras to try and make the deal right. Says he shipped....and what do you know.....the receipt got thrown away by his mother in law so we cannot track it. Well he narrowed down when he shipped it to the hour. Told me where he shipped from, how much he paid, yada yada yada.
I call the post office he says he went to. They cannot find a transaction that resembles that at all, for the entire day, let alone the time he said. He swears on his grandma's grave that he shipped, but every time I ask for a shred of evidence he disappears or has another excuse. I know what he is going through. I have been in a rough spot myself.
This goes beyond that. I have been trying to play it cool with him about the whole thing. Since, he has given me a partial refund. We agreed to do some horse trading to square up with the rest. Well looky here, that didn't pan out either. After waiting weeks for that part to work out I finally gave up. Told him I just want the rest in cash now.
He was making me some fabrication tabs and what not to square up. Said he made some and broke a 3mm tap so he couldn't ship yet. I told him to send me pictures of em. Nope. Never would. After getting sick of that I said to just ship them and I'll tap em myself......nope. Never would. Now a while later he messages me saying that the box he shipped the tf2 in just showed up at his house!! What!?!?
The tf2 that the post office said didn't exist!? OK. Now let's hear the story.... He said the box is just flat out destroyed. Soaking wet. Tf2 is gone but the parts are there. Are you freakin kidding me!? So now I wanna see pics of this........nope. Wouldn't do it. He avoids giving me any evidence supporting his claims to shipping, building me parts, and the package showing up at his house.
Why am I to believe he is being honest with me!? There is so much more to this story too. Non stop excuses and avoiding me. Trust me. I tried to avoid making a thread like this for a while. He has forced my hand. Feeling very pissed off.....
