Why not? So many people blamed Bush when he was in office...
And yes, I do know that the blame doesn't fall solely on Obummers shoulders, but there's dirt there too.
They do, but its because of the common misconception that a President has absolute power and is ultimately responsible for everything, which they are not. That misconception is ultimately just ignorance, and it is perpetuated by the msm.
The President can't 'make' things happen without cooperation from Congress, the Senate, and the House. Not even an executive order can go unchallenged or knocked down. As polarized as our government has become, that coordination gets harder and harder to come by.

It is no wonder they get nothing done.
Of course they passed the resolution without reading it, then the dumbs thought, "wait a minute". It is not like the speaker of the house can executive order a resolution, like shitbama does when he does not get his way. I guess its back to the old dem way, "they were for it before they were against it"
