Any comp crawling here im from california will be here for 20 days , any spots to crawl 2.2 pro. Thnks.

Foster Beach is probably your best bet with Busse Woods a 2nd. We have a Comp Spot Maps thread in the IL section. I can post the map latter for you.
Where are you staying?

I am sad to tell you guys that Robert passed away last night.
He was hospitalized a couple weeks ago but released.
His wife had told me that he was in recovery...
He will be greatly missed.

I only met him a couple times out at Munger, but he was a good friend, and helpful in learning how to take a line.

I see you hit like Johnny. Man that sucks. You see I remembered him from that far back. He was a cool dude. Relaxed and talkative. We sat and talked after that event with him because he was waiting for a ride. Sad news indeed.

Rip Robert.

I remember the first time he comp'd with us. We were out there for 4-5 hours. He was really excited about rc rock crawling, and was pretty cool. Then we found out he had his wife waiting in the car the whole time. Haha.

i remember that day. ;)

he was a damn good guy. one of them dudes who you couldnt help but smile and have a good time with when he was around.

I remember that too!
Man, what a character... but that's a perfect example of Robert.
He cracks me up...
I loved driving him to the far away comps... we'd be in the car for hours heading to Indiana and he'd just be lit up the whole time telling story after story! The only thing that guy liked more than talking was laughing!

Oh wow, that's too bad. He was such a good guy. Good times spent with him at the ECSC, he was always happy and fun to be around. You'll be missed Robert!

Sorry to hear that. We stayed right by him at ecsc2014. He was defiantly a character.
