Hey guys i would like to get a lot more flex (travel) out of my wraith and I was thinking that I may be able to do so with longer shocks. Does anyone have any suggestions?"thumbsup"

get the lowering brackets if you dont aleady have them, and some longer shocks. i used the stock shocks and moved them to the outside of the stock mount, on the axle end and just put a spacer in to make it solid. this gives them more outward angle and will slightly improve flex without spending any more money.

Got any pics?

heres a few pics. It doesn't improve it a whole lot but some. If you want a ton of flex like you say you will need to get the lowering brackets and longer shocks. With out the lowering brackets it will be crazy tall. A soda can is a perfect way to test flex. 1 tire on the can and 3 on the ground is the perfect amount of flex IMO. To much flex is a bad thing if anything. Anyway here are the pics. I'll try to get you an action shot or 2 so you can see how it works.

yes you are correct on too much if you have to much flex it will hurt you because it can get you into a hole to where you have no control of what is going to happenim running the proline powerstroke scalers off ebay for like $65 for a set of 4 that are like 95mm in stock location and love them. my ax10 i just got done building with all vp stuff including there chassis has a little to muck imo.

Yessir...With no down pressure on the wheel/tire, there's no added traction...the 1:1 guys who ran revolver shackles learned this a long time ago. Sure, you can drive an RTI ramp Champ, but in the woods it comes down todriving out, or winching out.
