Well it seems my current links just arn't cutting it. I bent one at about a 30 degree angle today. So I need something stronger. I'm running maxx ends right now, so what ever I get must fit those. That being said, I've heard a lot about arrow shafts, would those work? If not what are some of the stronger things you've used?

Are revo ball ends the same as maxx ballends? I'm using tlt axles so things can't get too big. And what do you mean tightened inside?

the allthread is threaded all the way through, and tightened in like a turnbuckle. it keeps the shaft rigid.

revo shafts are very close to maxx ends, but the diameter of the hole is bigger (perfect for 8-32 allthread that arrow inserts use). they are just all around beefy without adding much size or length. the ball ends are practically the same. they should work just fine as long as your rig doesnt have binding points.

if your using tlt axles you can buy premade revo turnbuckles. they have steel, aluminum, and probably ti by now. they are strong as crap and i know a guy that has his tlt set up with them.

Do you know the center to center distance of the revo turnbuckles with ends on them? I belive mine are around 247mm.

maxx ends, 6/32 all thread rod, stainless steel 1/4" tubing, 6/32 regular nuts (go inbetween the ends and the tubing)

never bent them and the only way to bend them is to tumble down a 20' drop.

Revo ball ends with 8/32 all thread...never had a problem with them and they have been beat up pretty good. I've used the pre-made Revo turnbuckles as well, you shouldn't have a problem with either choice.

I fail at teh metric system. There about 117mm long. The one I bent is 95mm! My current solution is sleved allthread and that just didn't hold up Maxx4life. Looks like I'll be trying out the revo parts. Now are we talking about the ones for steering or suspension on the revo?
