My Kyosho Rigs

love the progress on the wraith man.

and those lockouts also look great. have you had any luck getting them printed?

What 3d printer do you use?

I use shapeways, the home printers are still a bit lame for my taste (for now)

Thank you sir, haven't made the lockouts yet have to re draw them before I do.

Been very busy with school, learning a new 3d program is sapping up all my free time.
One of my classes required building a 1/8 vehicle structure, so I took the opportunity to make a better structure for my wraith. It's just a mockup out of acrylic and styrene but a good study model for a later version (way later). Got me the high praise of 'built like a brick shithouse'

Finals next week, then a road trip. See y'all later :ror:

Slapped the wraith cage back on, and have been putting miles on this thing getting it sorted. Re-did the steering and got the horn flipped/shortened. Works like a champ except I keep dropping bolts
Also I kept forgetting to do things before running, so I started a list... on the hood lol

Swapped in a 55t motor, it's too slow with my gearing. Going back to the 27t until it burns, then its on to the land of brushless.

Looks good. Your truss's look to be holding up as well. How do the shocks do at full bump vs the links? Get close to binding. Hard to tell from the angle on the pics.

What do you mean about the bolts? Are they pulling out of the axle housing?
