Anyone running a TLT?

I have a TLT and need some questions answered if anyone can help. Also, Herzog... I need to talk to you.

Chris

Church?

I went to the Baptist church to check things out but not sure what I was looking for. Drove in back but didn't see anything. So then I went behind the other church to play. Ended up popping a slider so I had to come home to fix it. Gotta do somemore modding to it.

I picked up 4 more. All they had left. 2 red scorpions and 2 yellow ones. Anyone know if the batteries can be charged with a regular rc charger. I can adjust the amps on it.

Chris

NO ONLY USE THE CHARGER THAT IT CAME WITH to charge the batterys. They can explode if you use the wrong charger.

Run time is great with them anyways, and now I have 2 batteries.

This weekend will be the new nylint debut.

On Marks I just drilled out the pinion with a 1/8" drill bit, and used the dremel to flat spot the shaft for the set screw. Never had a problem.

10t or smaller 48p pinion needed

I need a pinion smaller than the 12t 48p that i have now. also, any suggestions for a skid plate on bottom of my chassis?

Chris

Not going to find a smaller pinion then a 12t, time to use a lathe motor or gd-600 if you need to go lower.

for skid plate, lexan or any type of plastic works good. I have used plastic from all sorts of bottles (pop, detergent, etc) zip tied on for skids. cheap and easy to replace.

I added some pics to the website I found from last year. They aren't the best but kind of give you an idea of bethany baptist.

Hey Rob!!

I found some 48p 7T, 8T, 9T brass pinions made for slot cars. Do you think they would hold up on my 55-turn lathe I have?
