Mazda Furai Concept

Yeah, saw that on a more thorough examination. Big 40 ounce size starter. Beefy. My Hondas use like a old film container with a wound up rubberband for a starter.

at least its not a reverse rotation starter like my 351C. dont even get me started.... a backwards spining motor, wtf ford?

Well 18 years later, it'd better! But the 787 is still cooler. So there! :flipoff:

Starter! You're probably right, I image the rotors are kinda hard to start up. All three of em.

The 787 I think is my favorite sounding car, it just sounds so raw and untamed.

Made by Traxxas for Mazda?

Was just thinking the same thing. Looks like a Revo suspension

But EP - your forgetting, the Wankel type rotary engine was banned from LeMans after the 787B won the series in '91... The Furai will never be racing in the LeMans, it's a prototype concept for a street legal race car.... well a race car version of a future road car.

Ok it wasn't necessarily banned, they changed the rules the next year so that non-piston engines couldn't compete.

But yes, bad ass none the less. "thumbsup"

Oh no, I'm aware of that, and it just adds to the reason why the 787 is the supreme bad ass!
