Searched around and couldn't really find anything.. I have a couple of losi micro crawlers that have alot of hopup parts that shouldn't be collecting dust. Has anyone tried or successful transplanted losi micro axles transmission into axial chassis?

70 people have viewed this and not 1 person has tried?

Okay, after much deliberation,:flipoff: I've decided to try this out.

Here's the build parts I'm starting with.
* scx24 deadbolt chassis
*losi micro axles with upgrades
* lmcrc trans
*rc4wd motor
*rc4wd rx/esc with radio combo
* I intend to make lower control arms from brass
Uppers from aluminum
*rc4wd black stamped wheels
* I found a brand new set of miclaws in my junk pile

You can definitely make it work. I’m pretty sure the Losi axles are narrower so unless you want a narrower track, you’ll have to use wideners at the wheels (avail on Shapeways) or wide offset wheels.
