The gear mesh is way to tight.

The best part of a build; is opening the box smelling all the new parts, saying "How the hell am I going to finsh this?!" spend you whole day building it.. finally get it running, take it out for its madien thrash.. it breaks a part within 5 feet.. then say "S.O.A.B" Ghetto the part then take it out again an have fun with it"thumbsup"

Sounds like the setscrew in the pinion hitting the spur. But they havent noticed, must be nothing.
