Lipo Cutoff for 12 volt lighting powered by 3S packs

This is for guys that have a set of lights on their rig that is powered by a dedicated 3S lipo pack. Adding this circuit will mean that you don't have to worry about discharging your battery too far. When the pack voltage drops to about 9.9 volts (that's about 3.3 volts per cell), your lights will flash to alert you that it is time to recharge!
