This is a remote operated switch. It will send power from a 3S lipo to its output when operated by a two position switch on your transmitter.
The battery voltage is monitored by this controller. When the voltage at the battery connector is below about 9.3 volts and the output is switched on, the output will flash. This lets you know it is time to connect a new battery.
