Re: Krawl's "SECRET AGENT"

Full bead surface if I am understanding you right.

Sorry. My question is irelevant. I was thinking how buggy wheels have to have a 2.2" diameter bead mounting surface (the hoop) but the comp rules don't denote a specific rim diameter for the bead mounting surface, only that the tire has to have a 2.2" bead diameter. Nice work on the wheels"thumbsup"

2.3.3 - Vehicle is limited to 2.2 inch wheels/rims or smaller at the bead surface. Wheels may be modified provided that the tire bead surface does not exceed 2.2 inches in diameter. With a tire mounted no exterior component of the wheel including but not limited to the bead lock ring shall exceed 2.55".

This rule was changed over the bead lock rings we had back in the day. Of course it was worded like it was "exterior" to keep some of the "homies" wheels legal, but that is another post in another thread.

Yeah, I remember that. And I wasn't saying his wheels were out of spec...I was just answering TSKs question and giving a bit of clarity on the subject.

Re: Krawl's "SECRET AGENT"

i can put the stubbies from my super in now and hit that target, but THE INNOVATOR of the lightweight/powerfull motor at Brood has some new hotness coming down the pipe that will put others another step behind.

Are you going be running these new motors at nats? And what will you do with your current motors?

Re: Krawl's "SECRET AGENT"

i wont be at nats this year but these new motors will indeed be there. i dont really get rid of any of my motors...

Oh that sucks that you can't make it.... So when she we expect to be seeing these motors on your SA? Do you have like a shelf filled with motors or something? Or are you going to wait till they become collectors items and then you will sell them? :D
