KCRC - Kansas City Remote Crawlers -

Left my house at 7am...not snowing and completly clear. By time I made it to Parkville (10min) road was covered and snowing like a crazy. Left at 9 to come home...could hardly see the stoplight while sitting at the intersection. Glad i took the jeep this morning, was clowning the dumbies in cars. Lost count on the way home how many were stuck. Bet we have at least 10" already.

Lot of time with a snowblower and a shovel. At work and then at home. Helped the neighbors too. Global warming??? HA. HA.

I guessing 8-10 inches here.

Wet and heavy. Got my landing, stairs, about half my driveway and a 4 foot wide path to the street cleared before I ran out of light and it started to snow again.

I hope this is it for the winter, shoveling snow sucks! :ror:

There's talk of a couple more storms heading through in a week or less. Most of my driveway was covered in about 3 ft of snow drift. Some of it still is. This stuffs for the birds.

we had to dig my car out of 4ft drifts, back it into the street. get out the atv and plow it. and then dig my car back out to get in. pain in the azz

Oh, my back this morning. I wish my family was smaller, 4 drive ways later, by hand. What happen to all the kids that would do this $hit?

I have an Arctic Cat 650 V Twin 4x4 quad with lockers front and rear, 27inch ITP tires, a 2000 LB winch and a tow hitch! I would buy a plow for it, but in the last 3 winters, I think I would have only used it 3 times. Just not worth the cost for me.

Hopefully next winter isn't too bad and after that, I wont have to worry about it!

At least all this snow gave me an excuse to play with my new toy.
