Just wanted to share with you guys. Waited to say anything until I knew more, but the lack luster enthusiasm that I have had getting back in is because my thoughts are somewhere else. My wife has been diagnosed this MS. And seems to be progressing quick. As some of you know running is big thing to us & her more so. As much as it is affecting her physically the emotional blow that we received yesterday is the big one. Her days of long runs are numbered. So that's where I am. Heart just not in to it. I can't motivate to do anything extra.

And loved ones is always priority one.
