Christmas in October! I was thinking about the servo in my mini...147 oz OK,but just barely and inadequate at other times. I remembered I got some servos off rctech in a trade and they worked and I said OK, maybe later. So tonight I got around to checking specs (had them for 4-5 months) One is a futaba s9351 194oz at 6v and the other is a s9156 which is like 340oz @ 6v!
I think I'm covered! I'll probably go with the 9351 for now and see if I like it. 33% more than I have now. I have in the back of my head that if I sell some stuff I could run a sportsman too, so the other would do well in there.

okay i have a question what is a good choice for the pinion gear for my new scaler ? still axial drivetrain 27 turn motor and stock axial spur gear . i had a 20 tooth pinion on it but it seemed to get hot fairley quickly ( yes i did get bound up several times )

Sam, I have the same setup on the Furd, but run a 16t pinion. Can run all day, and it still stays cool as a cucumber. Now I will say the Furd is probally a bit lighter then your tube frame but....

i've got a BJv4 coming, you can have mine when it gets here. it's not the hardline body though, it's a concepts body of some sort. i've got a couple different bodies if you want them they're yours.
