Is the Bomber a thing of the past?

I built my Bomber with wraith trailing arms and upper links. so Length isn't an issue, but i do agree bombers are long in the factory config.

The whole rig does great crawling, and trail runs are awesome.

The issue is the width. AR60 width axles and Class 3 rigs are pretty much dead from what i can see locally.

My bomber will sit and collect dust until my kid grows up and is old enough to bash it around.

I need to build a Class 2/1.9 rig.

I like the size of the Bomber over my Capra, my local terrain supports both rigs well. Sadly, I feel this rig is going to go extinct. They don't have them at the LHS, but have more Capras than the rabbit pen at the zoo. People want the new toy. That said, trying to find a used Bomber that the seller doesn't think they will get $500-$800 for it brings some hope. Personally, I wish they would add the good kit components to the RTR, like the diffs, wheels/tires, shocks and links. Maybe the old factory that mfg'd these things is the problem. who knows. That said, I haven't driven anything RC since last Sept.  Yikes.

seriously ,looking to replace my old bomber with a modded used one and people want serious prices for them
