Interupted my lipo charger!?

Was checking out the status of my 5000 2s lipo on my traxxas easy peak charger and accidently shut it down.It was about 3/4 charged,now it restarted the charge count from zero.I think it needs to finish charging(right?),or should I run the pack down and recharge?I would think the charger would not allow the batt to meltdown,overcharge or otherwise screw up,but I really dont know this:shock:.
Any help is appreciated

Let it run, most newer chargers wil stop the charge when the pack voltage hits certain limits.
Not an issue.

I try not to stray from the manual when it comes to lipos.A local high schooler recently went pants afire when his phone went fukushima during class,I couldnt imagine what a larger batt could do.Safety first.
