Hi all,
I was reading an article in a mag, and one person replaced the Stock Honcho Universal Joint for the AX10 Scorpion Universal Joint set part number AX30464, with the intent of improving the steering throw and maneuverability.

So before I go out an buy these I wanted to see if anyone else has tried this and are the results really noticeable?

Thanks all."thumbsup"

considering the SCX10 and the AX10 use identical running gear its no wonder why they fit.

anyway. with stock knuckles you wont notice a thing (ever notice the steering arm bottoming out on the axle housing) you would need to upgrade to highsteer knuckles (zero ack recomended) and a new steering setup. either BTA or your own. then you would notice a differance, upgrading JUST to CVD's you wont notice it.

Thanks for the quick reply. I knew it could NOT be that easy

it never is haha, good luck with your build, best bet may be to stick with the dog bones (just to save some $$ in the short term, and they're bullit proof) if you find yourself upgrading to highsteer down the road, your next upgrade might be CVDs, have fun with your truck, thats what its all about "thumbsup"
