This is super easy mod to mount a 5 in LED light bar (I'm using a Mad Dog 5in Rubicon bar) on the stock G6/Deadbolt cage using the stock light bar mounts:
1. Remove stock light bar and mounts, trim off the rib on the outside of the stock mount
2. Flip the mounts to the opposite side of the truck (Left mount goes on the right side backwards and opposite for the right)
3. Sand the inside and outside edge of the mount where the light bar will go flat so the light bar fits between the mounts and the screw on the outside mounts flat
4. Install screws holding on light bar (I had to slightly enlarge the hole for an M3 screw)
Total cost of the mount - $0
Time to make - 5 minutes "thumbsup"
