I know its not a GMade but does anyone know if the Injora Rock Bouncer can be made for 4WS?
i think the gt5 is set up for 4ws and lets you switch between the steering modesA guy on one of the Facebook pages i frequented made one of these 4ws using another front axle from Injora, servo and Flysky GT5. Sounded quite simple to do to be honest

But no skid, or body panels, the injora comes with for less than $30, it would be my choice...wait it was i built one on gen8 axles and love this rig.the original gmade r1 chassie or cage is only $10 i still have 1 brand new in the packadge
i lied there now $20

Beautiful... Wish it was 1/5 scale not 1/10Have you considered a Capra 4WS? they only come as an RTR but its already setup with 4WS out of the box.

Personally I cant stand anything Injora makes... i mean rips off. They are the king of knock offs and do nothing to move the hobby forward.
you dont trust lipos you have a cell phone dont ya thats a lipo you would be surprized at what uses liposWell the modifications progress. I added some alloy 2.2 wheels onto the machine. Also I bought a new cage so that I could use the aluminum cross bars to stiffen the chassis a bit. Added 3 if I remember right. The first between the front shock towers, the second below the towers to re-enforce the lower cage in the front and one on the rear shock towers. Something I remember from tuning Hondas. The shocks which I showed on the previous images are 4 spring units, very sweet feeling. They are filled with 75 weight oil.
Now for the good stuff. I added a sensorless, brushless, out-runner motor from surpass hobby that runs about 2050 kv and nailed a planetary gear set onto the front. The gearbox is the same since I discovered that no one has any standards. I bought a metal gearbox case but it would not fit. Oh well. We all have our failures.
Now I need to add an ESC that will deal with 2050 kv and NiMH. (Sorry, I still dont trust LiPo). I have some opions. I bought 2 6 cell 5000 mAH batteries and broke them down into their component cells, bought some battery bars and shrink wrap for them so I have some flexibility on where I add weight. I figure I will add 3-4 cells under the front hood and 2-3 on the tray with the cells being underslung and forward. Still looking into that.
BTW sorry about the quality of the photos but the sun was merciless when I took them.
Now that is good data. Not sure where I would stuff all 9 but it is good information. I am still attempting to find an ESC to deal with all of this but yeah. I will consider that. When I was directing the drift group there were only a few Hobbywing motors and escs and they came in pairs. I think my group was more daring than I was but that was because I learned the old school backwards and forwards. I even had a NiMH balancer and a motor commutator lathe. I knew how to rewind motors and the whole 9 yards. I dont like giving up control.
