I'm new to RC and looking for my first vehicle to be the Latrax Teton. Out of the gate, I want to up my run time by investing in a Lipo battery. Is the following setup compatible in terms of connectors and battery fit in the Teton's battery compartment?

Latrax Teton TowerHobbies.com | Traxxas 1/18 LaTrax Teton RTR Blue

Traxxas Lipo 2s 7.4V 2200mAh TowerHobbies.com | Traxxas LiPo 2S 7.4V 2200mAh 25C w/iD Connector

Traxxas EZ-Peak Plus 8Amp Dual Charger TowerHobbies.com | Traxxas EZ-Peak Plus 8 Amp NiMH/LiPo Dual Charger w/iD

Traxxas Adapter Male to Molex Female TowerHobbies.com | Traxxas Adapter TRA ID Connector Male to Molex Female

I realize running a Lipo may wear out other stock parts more quickly, but replacing/upgrading them is part of the fun, right? :-)

I do not expect this to be my only vehicle. If the bug sticks, I'm also eyeing a Pro-Line Ambush and an Axial Bomber, so I also want to be sure I'm getting a good charger that can tackle the larger Lipo battery the Bomber will need.

With a potential Bomber future in mind, would you recommend a different charger to handle both the Teton and Bomber's batteries?

Thanks in advance for the help.

Fun little truck, that lipo fits Mini Revo and Slash, iirc should fit this too. I was just reading around and supposedly these lipos fit. :)

A much better charger for same price, but out of stock at Tower currently

Do yourself a favor and do not use adapter for battery especially the cheapo Molex/Tamiya plugs, they can get hot and fuse themselves together. Swap everything over to Traxxas or XT-60 connectors.

Have fun!
