I have no problem with people who just come out and say " I wanna get high", because the medical part is bullshit.


If it was truly medical, then it should be sold at Walgreens, dispensed by a licensed pharmacist, and paid for by health insurance. And you should have to see a REAL doctor, not a dude who does nothing but hand out weed cards. Those doctors should also go to jail.


And if there was nothing wrong with it at all, it should be sold at walmart next to the tires, and one isle over from the groceries.

So I've been doing a little research and found the purported "real" birth certificate. It states Barry was born in Kenya, if its true. But...

Since Mrs. Obama was a U.S. citizen, wouldn't that also make him an instant U.S. citizen?

I have yet to see a "real" birth certificate for Barky.

One would think that he would be a citizen do to his mothers citizenship, but there is a twist, and perhaps why Barky had his records sealed and why he and the DNC have fought tooth and nail to keep them sealed?

There are questions about the status of Barky's teen age mother Stanley Ann Dunham. Analysis had revealing a Congressional rule change for people born between December 23, 1952 and November 13, 1986 which puts in serious doubt Stanley Ann Dunham’s ability to confer citizenship status on her son.

Since Barky was born in 1961, this newly discovered law involves Dunham’s age because she was only 18 at time of delivery.

The law states:

”When one parent is a U.S. citizen and the other a foreign national, the U.S. citizen parent must have resided in the U.S. for a total of 10 years prior to birth of the child with FIVE of the years after the age of 14.”

Stanley Ann Dunham did not meet requisite status according to this law.

Simply put, she was not old enough to register Obama’s birth in Hawaii or anywhere else in the U.S. as a Natural Born Citizen as she did not meet the residency requirements.

The law specifically outlines the requirements for a CITIZEN mother to confer citizenship to her baby.

Ann Dunham was NOT old enough to do so.

If this is indeed the case, it may also explain the reason Barky has so many SS numbers associated to him.

It just raises to many questions not to be addressed.

I'm willing to concede that if he really was born in Kenya that there could have been an over site concerning what you just listed. Its possible.

But still...the coverup (once the over site was spotted after the election) would have to extend far beyond the DNC, and would have to include the GOP because you and I both know it would be a Republicans wet dream to take this to court. It would be a rare and very valuable magic bullet.

The DNC and GOP have equally powerful players and financial backers, I can't rationalize such a coverup or the inability to fully expose something that would be terribly devastating unless everyone knew and agreed not to do anything about it.

And again, I have a hard time believing that whatever security agency that had the task of doing his background check missed that part. There is way too much of a security risk to not check, recheck, re-recheck, and re-re-recheck.

Marijuana has real medicinal value in many, many cases that normally are treated with cocktails of pharmaceuticals that often do as much or more harm than good. To deny that shows absolute ignorance.


Colorado finally came out with a saliva test that detects THC not the antibodies left behind from marijuana usage so it detects if the person is actually high not if they've used in the last 30 days or so. Its about time, Australia has had that test for a long time.


And for the record its been so long that I can't remember the last time I got high and I have a CDL so odds are I won't be getting high any year soon.

Saw something on GasBuddy the other day where somebody suggested "Big Oil" was behind that since Hemp Oil can be used to make Bio-Diesel, the plant itself it self could be used to make Cellulosic Ethanol or even for fiberglass like composite body panels as well as the supposed medical usages. I've also read that "Big Oil" was also possibly behind the Prohibition of Alcohol to also keep it from continuing to be used as a motor vehicle fuel.

I've gotten the "smart" thing before. I've been in the legal industry for several years now...and cannabis is just the term I have become used to because it encompasses all the products and derivatives. It just sounds funny when you are used to pot dank marijuana and all those other terms.
