Going to put in the Tshirt order wednesday morning! Will have them done the following week. Team trophy is being rebuilt by a fab shop, individual trophies are being made by a special vendor here on RCC. Im getting stupid excited!

Went to the ocoee today to practice with ETRC Crew and saw BTF beat pdog7 by 1 point. Shit was close, the rocks are awesome, and anyone can havea good day! Nick proved that :flipoff:

Hey Colby, what are the plans for food during the comp? Is arrangements being made to grill or are we fending for ourselves?

If you do not see your name, or have any issues with shirt sizes PM me. Obviously I am missing Ohio and Michigan. I need all of you guys to PM me your STATE, and SHIRT SIZE. Some of you have, but dont know what state you are from.

Walk ups- as much as I DONT want to offer them I have to certain people. Its going to probably throw me a curve ball come comp day so if you DONT show up, you still owe me the entry fee. Its a national qualifier, if you sign up or tell me you want to walk up and dont show up tough luck.

What time does course building start Saturday and how will the top 5 be ran?

Course building and judging-

I would like everyone to make it to the comp site as EARLY as they can. Teams + wildcard drivers will be decided AT RANDOM when I get back from Crawlapalooza. That way you know, come saturday morning what team you are helping out with. So I would say course building starts whenever we get the majority of the teams there, and breakfast/coffee down.

Again, Each team will build and judge 1 course for the day. Regardless of how many people on your team. I would like for each team to decide how they will be judging their course throughout the day when building their course in the morning.

After courses are built, I would like each team to report back to headquarters (pavillion) for a breif drivers meeting and we will jump right into tech. Each driver will receive a personal score card with their name, Tshirt size, and a small area to write down their scores per course to keep up with throughout the day, just incase you see any issues with your scores at the end of the day.

Top 5-
top 5 drivers will be run in a finals course exactly how a normal competition is. If 3 people from the same team are in the finals that just means they will have a real good chance at winning the state championship "thumbsup"

I would like every driver to have 3 courses done by lunch time. At which point I will shut down all courses, and have everyone meet at the pavillion for giveaways and lunch. Unfortunately I was unable to provide lunch for everyone, this being my first comp I will try to have something for next year "thumbsup"
