So whats the difference between wisdom and knowledge, other then the fact that generally only older people are allowed to have wisdom?
And I'd start caring about my political opinion if I were you-some day when your old and crapping your pants some kid like me will be deciding if it would be a wise idea to save the energy and pull you plug "thumbsup"
Knowledge is something that can be gained from books, internet, teachers, etc. Wisdom is knowledge that is gained by age/life's experience. It cannot be learned in a book, internet etc.
So to give a short answer,
Knowledge= learned by book, teachers, etc.
Wisdom= accumlated knowledge learned only by age/life's experience.
One of the bits of wisdom I've learned over the years is, unless you make it to be the president, or a very powerful senator/congressman, you won't be making any decisions that affect me. The citizen voter has about 0 power in govenrment decision making. Politicians say what people want to hear to get elected, but do whatever they wish when they get in office, either party.
And wow! you remembered gas prices in 1993 when you were 2 years old?
I highly doubt they're is a 2 year old alive today that knows anything about, or gives a flying fawk about gas prices. I would venture to bet, that most are thinking about playing in the sand box, or with their new Fisher Price toy more then what the price of gas is.
