Introducing the new Ringer v2.0 in G10 for AX10 or AR60 axles.

The new Ringer offers a narrower skid, better shock mount locations, requiring a smaller spacer, along with a much more rigid design and material than the original.

Pricing:
- $95 for a black G10 chassis with AX10 4-link plates and electronics tray
- $85 for Black G10 chassis only.
- Add $10 for 2-tone color scheme (not all colors available immediately). Any colors that are not on hand will require pre-payment.
- Items will not be shipped with engraving. Custom engraving is available upon request for an additional charge.

$7 shipping per order (order 5 chassis and wheel and it's still only $7).

Items shipping now. Orders in black will ship in 2-3 business days. Other colors will ship in 7-10 business days as they are cut to order.

Currently, I am not. The links are the biggest hurdle I've had with the first generation chassis and I spend as much time trying to drill links as it takes to put together the rest of the kit. Even with a drill jig for the drill press, I still have the bits walking and deflectingwhich causes me to go extremely slowly or I'll scrap far too many. I could possibly sell undrilled links, if people really wanted them. I'm also looking into options with another vendor to offer Ti links for this chassis.

What is the weight of the chassis alone with steel hardware?? Are the link geometry same as V1? I already have all the Ti and CF links make up for V1 so I wouldn't want to make them again...

Are the skid same as the one featured in Ittybitty's ringer thread?

Can I just get the chassis alone without the front and rear 4-link plates (already setup using Ringer V1), and screws (gonna change to aluminum anyway)??

This chassis does look really good, are you going to offer on setup for a losi or even do just a plain skid so it could be drilled for the losi pattern. The Inc trans look like they would fit easily.

I have the original Ringer v1 chassis that I'm offering for the Losi with the LNC transmission. You wouldn't be able to get it to fit in a good position and be secured with this skid and narrow lower chassis.

The skid is the same style as Itty Bitty's, but slightly narrower.

Yes. It is available for $10 less as chassis only. You will likely have to shorten your upper links a couple mm for the new chassis.

Shortening of the upper links is easy as they are straight, I am more concern for the rear lower as I don't want to bend another set.

Evil Crawler Designs will be closed for 2 1/2-3 weeks.

With the extreme amount of rain that we've been getting over the past couple weeks, I have gotten water in my basement (workshop). The water has been controllable, even expected. However, what I wasn't expecting was to have a mold problem develop under the stairs and false floor. This couldn't have happened at a worse time as I'm already scheduled to be out of town all next week.

I will update when I have the shop up and running.

I actually have one that I don't need. I acquired it as a gift. If you don't hear anything, pm me. It's new and we can work it out. It's a great chassis. It's a shame I don't have a use for it. This is not a cut on Evil by any means! Just trying to help this guy out!

Edit:

Finally got the pics re-sized for ya.

Came out of the box assembled and lookin' great. The thin appearance of the side supports is a tricky illusion. One might be led to believe the chassis'd be a little flexy. Nope, it's pretty stout, not much twisting or wracking to be done here. Looks nice and roomy between the chassis plates, though I imagine that room would evaporate pretty quick once you bolted in a trans and motor. For body mounting, Gunnar's body mount system would probably be your best bet.
There is some adjustability on where the upper links mount. But there's a whole bunch more options for shock mounting position. Whether you like a soft, cushy ride, or you prefer piloting a lumber wagon, you should have no problem getting the feel you want out of this chassis.
Initial impression is that this is quite an exquisite piece of engineering. Not entirely certain which direction this project will be going yet, but this is a solid base to build off of.
