I saw that preview last night. I hope it was just a bad quality trailer, cause what I saw looked like a retarded B movie with a bunch of famous actor's/actresses.
 
At first I was worried they were actually making that, but then the cheese kicked in...

It's a well-done spoof!!!
 
It had me fooled..haha.. I was gonna say I thought it was cool all the old characters are in it, but thought the special effects were pretty weak for this day in age..haha..
It would surprise me though. They cant come up for shit for new ideas on movies today and are always re-creating ones from the 80's. Seems like more now than ever.
