Anyone know if anyone has stepped in to sponsor this event, I know RC4WD isn't but are there any others, has anyone even reached out to some?
And are the Scale classes only on Sunday? (minus the fun run on Friday)

Barry's RC Carbon has made a significant donation, and is negotiating to be the Title Sponsor.

Focus of this event will be to building a mix of Hign Level and Fun courses.

Wanna know with the amount of people signed up now are we gonna split 2.2 mod and 2.2 s into 2 days. i know last year with 13 or 14 in each class we still ran into the dark.

maybe do 2.2s on friday late afternoon to give people a chance to get there and do 2.2 mod Saturday and scale super and mini on Sunday or maybe 1 scale event on Saturday. just my 2cents.

What about the people that want to run 2.3s and want be there till late Friday night/afternoon

I don't think we will be able to accommodate everyone, I am ok with both on Saturday but gonna be tough with all the people, that's why I recommended Friday, which I believe is what was done last year, I wasn't there but what I've been told, and a scale event Saturday would allow people leaving early Sunday to also try there hand in that. This was just my opinion I am game for whatever and will do the ones I can in the time I have available to be there, most the fun is hanging out with everyone.

i'm with ya on that nerby, can't justify 11 hour drive (and arn't u about 16 hour) one way just to comp for a day because i don't do the scale thing, and with amount of people to run both classes in 1 day they'll have to knock down amount of courses that'll be ran. i was there last year and we ran sporty on fri. about noon to 1:00 and still run till dark and 2.2 mod on sat. started bout 9:30 and run till dark and that was 5 courses each and then the finals too.

David mentioned that they ran sporty on Friday last year , I'm with the idea as well. I'll be running all classes and would like to have enough time to enjoy them
All. Anyone showing up late could still run I'll pack some flash lights , can't wait to put names with faces is it time yet !!!!!!!

You run 2.2s on a Friday I don't think a lot people will show up considering most of us already requested off for that Saturday .
