This is an actual letter:
State of Pennsylvania 's letter to Mr. DeVries:

Oh man, this is too dam funny! That department certainly did their homework and checked out the scene quite effectively.:roll: I think the department needs to get some new inspectors if they couldn't tell beavers built the dam.
