Customs wants to BAN your Knife !!!

Why do Americans have the need to carry a weapon at all times? Just because it says you can? Life in the US must be pretty damn dangerous if you have to constantly carry a gun or knife for "self-defense". No I'm not making fun of you guys, I'm just wondering.

Because we can, I use my knife every day at work, its really handy. It would be easier to count the things that it didn't make easier in my life. They have more uses than self-defense, but also on the occasion that I would need it for self defense, it will be there.

Like my dad always said.. " It's better to have it and not need it than to need it and not have it"

I don't have anything to worry about I guess, all the knifes I carry any more are always open. Fixed blade FTW!
