custom "stickers"

To make a long story short I'm looking to make a 1/24 scale model of two different pikes peak hill climb cars (1971 camaro, 2000 chevy nascar truck), but I cant figure out who/how to get the other graphics made. Anyone know who/how? (pictures below of each)
