so I'm totally new to this sport, I am interested in watching/ participating in an event. Do you have any videos or pictures from past events? What type of rules are there? I have a stock yeti and a stock wraith that i mostly just bash with, would these vehicles have a certain class? thanks for the info.

Aloha, all are welcome to spectate and participate. We host a scale comp every week at the shop Friday evenings starting at 6pm. We use the SORCCA rule set for all our scale events in store you can run your wraith at the this events. There might be a few pictures in this thread or you can find pics and video on our facebook page, facebook.com/thecrawlspaceco

We recently developed a Ultra 4 track in Morrison where you can run your Yeti at. Our next event we have scheduled for Ultra 4 is Sunday, November 23rd. More info can be found in the Colorado Ultra 4 thread.

Don't miss the Free Test n Tune day. Sunday morning 9:30 doors open, 10am. workshop starts. I will be going over the basic fundamentals of chassis set up, tire and foam tuning, shock set up and tuning and driving technique. This class to help you improve as a driver and builder for your scale rigs. Please bring your truck, batteries and tools. The rock course will be open for demonstration.
Sunday Drift Series #3 at the shop. 1pm-5pm. $5 per car.

We have a fun filled weekend coming up.
We will be implementing "kid friendly" courses along side the standard course set up for this coming Friday's Scale comp. Kid drivers will get a prize with entry and pizza will be provided for everyone. $5 per truck, per class. 6pm start time.

Saturday we will be at Lincoln School of Technology for the MHJC Christmas Caravan for Kids toy drive from 10am to 3pm. Be sure to bring down an unwrapped toy for the Toys for Tots.

Sunday the Colorado Scale Series continues at Sand Creek Comp spot. 9am check in, 10am courses open. $5 per truck, per class. https://goo.gl/maps/6LmD5

Friday, Dec. 12th. Rock donation Scale comp at the shop, 6pm start time. $5 per truck. Bring a rock 12" in diameter or larger to add to the course.

Sunday, Dec. 14th. Colorado Rally Championship #5. Location: 40th. Street Raceway. 9am check in,10am start. $5 per driver.

Friday, Dec. 19th. Ugly Christmas Sweater Scale comp at the shop, 6pm start time. $5 per truck. Wear your Ugliest Christmas Sweater to celebrate the Holidays. Sweaters will be judged and prizes awarded for different categories.

Sunday, Dec. 21st. Drift Series #4 at the shop. 1pm-5pm. $5 per driver.

Wednesday, Dec. 24th. The Shop will be open til 5pm.

Thursdaty, Dec. 25th. The Shop will be open from 12 noon to 6pm. free

Figured I'd post and say I love this place! I went there today with my Maxstone 10, and brought my friend who rented first a SCX10 and then a Wraith. Very helpful staff and crew, as I am a complete noob to crawling (but not RC in general), and I had a great time.
This place rocks! (Pun intended) :mrgreen:

With the new year we are going to try a new schedule for the scale comps at the shop to hopefully work with everyone schedule "thumbsup"

This week the scale comp will be on Saturday morning at 10am. and schedule will be staggered everyone other Saturday morning and and every other Friday evening at 6pm "thumbsup"

We've been tossing around the schedule for the weekly comps and starting next week we will be running scale comps every Friday evening at 6pm and every Saturday morning starting at 10:30am to accommodate everyone schedule.
If you have any questions, comments or concerns please feel free to post them and we will all discuss it. The Crawl Space is what you guys make it and we are open to what will work best for everyone "thumbsup""thumbsup""thumbsup"
