Comp Spec Front Side Tranny/Motor/Servo/Winch mount set for SCX10 2

Read post #10 unless you have a 500 or 400 hh motor at least when I'd did this mod I had to grind upper part of C-channel of chassis.
Hasn't been an issue for me plus my motor sit lower with the bowhouse cross member.

Can you tell me a bit of you experince with this adapter mod?
How does the truck run. How does it handle with the COG in mind.

Whats the pros and cons?

I wounder if is big diffrent run with flipped trans only and a 4 link and servo on axle or go with front mounted motor and servo on chassi(3link).

I flipped my transmission during my original
Build. And bought the motor adapter before I really drove my scx10 ii.
I run my rig in local scale comps as much weight forward is what you want. I'm 100% happy with the motor adapter and would buy another one if I had the need for one.

The only complaint I had with my rig @ our last comp was my shocks nothing to do with flipped transmission/adapter.
I've already swapped scx10 icons for traxxas big bores.

So imo this kit or just motor mount is worth the pocket change and time it takes to do the mod"thumbsup".

Look @ this thread it another way to improve the stock scx10 ii Cherokee transmission.
