Get the front end of your SCX10 2 rig squared away with this all in one mount set.

1 (1).JPG

Set includes transmission bracket, reverse motor mount, chassis mount steering servo and servo winch brackets.

Face the transmission and motor in the right direction for proper weight distribution and clearance for that 3D interior.

More info on that motor reversing mount? How does it hold up to overall abuse?

We've been running these for at least a year with no issues. We run brushed mainly but people with brushless haven't reported any breakage

What do you think of the of the COG is it better with the crawling and all the climbs ?
I want to order a set and wonder about the motor reverse adapter, do you ned any special screws?
The thing is it looks like a toyzuki almost with the motor so close to the front, and that is to a very reduced price :)

You have any vidoes or som more info would appreciate that alot :D

And super good joob on the print, this is the first in the world i have seen!:)

Hello I just ordered the motor flip mount by itself thanks.
Question for you do i need to change stock spur and pinion gear or just use stock gearing (looks like stock spur)? I also e-mailed thecrawlspace.com.

Just sharing a pic of my motor flip using the crawl space motor adapter only..

I already had the Bowhouse transmission flipped cross member in my scx10 ii rig. So I just ordered the motor forward adapter from thecrawlspace.com.

In order for me to mount my motor using the mixed matched parts (bowhouse with Crawlspace) I had to dremel top of the C-channel on the scx10 frame next to motor (pic below).

I'm thinking the crawlspace cross member is probably a hair taller than the Bowhouse trans cross member.
Either way I managed to flip my motor forward I'm very happy with this motor flip adapter. Thanks to crawlspace.

If I would have know ahead of time, I'd have to dremel my chassis I would have bought the complete kit from the crawl space.

On a positive note my motor sits a little lower? :)

I can confirm that the motor mount will clear a 60t 32p spur gear without modifications [emoji3]

I am curious what length and type of screws you guys are using for the motor? Longest I have is 25mm. Looks like I'll need a 30mm x 2.5 button head?

Motor screws are usually 3mm not 2.5mm. Can't help with the length.

Do I need to dremel the rails or is my brused motor to big?
because i cant get i to fit. And yeas i have mixed parts for the moment.
The Bowhouse transmission flipped cross member with thecrawlerspace Motor adapter. Or should i get it to fit with both thecrawlerspace parts and with no need of using dremel.?

Read post #10 unless you have a 500 or 400 hh motor at least when I'd did this mod I had to grind upper part of C-channel of chassis.
Hasn't been an issue for me plus my motor sit lower with the bowhouse cross member.

Can you tell me a bit of you experince with this adapter mod?
How does the truck run. How does it handle with the COG in mind.

Whats the pros and cons?

I wounder if is big diffrent run with flipped trans only and a 4 link and servo on axle or go with front mounted motor and servo on chassi(3link).
