colorado springs weekly comps/trail runs?

So theres a 6x6 being built to run with us there aiming to run in class 2 spoke with akika at crawlspace (probably messed up his name!) And he said the organization/club is the determing ojes of weather or not said truck would be allowed to run in class 2

I personally think the 6x6 is at a disadvantage in any comp we have - They simply aren't capable enough. I would say, "have at it".

Regarding class, I would have to review the "class regulations" but I dont think it would fit in class 2 simply based on dimensions.

Coming from the SORCCA 2015 rules. ..

*Multi axle vehicles allowed in all classes and may use more than one front steering axle (front axles are considered any axles forward of the centerline of the skid), rear steer only allowed in modified class, C3.*

I could see the length helping and hindering at the same time so it's up to the drive to determine if they want the challenge.

I would have to say that if they want to run it in a comp that we host. I'm all for it. We need more 6x6 rigs in the mix. Not too scared![emoji31]

Reminder; SOCO club meeting tomorrow at 1 pm at George rice house.we will be getting feedback from members on club events this year and setting expectations for volunteers for the wounded warrior program that we are starting up in April. This will be a first ever program. So feedback from members will be greatly appreciated. If your not a member but are interested helping out the program or a sponsorship please get ahold of myself or lespaul for more information. Sounds like George has been working on his basement rocks. So bring your rigs with you and crawl around a little. We will be setting up a third SOCO Facebook page soon for crawling advice and links to people willing to work on your rigs for club donations to help fund the wounded warrior repairs funds.[emoji106] A lot of stuff to go over tomorrow. See ya there.

They are in stock, limited quantity - get them while they are hot! Big discount coupon for members - pretty good one for non members as well - I think mine was only 425$ shipped!

But, I had to buy another 400$ in electronics for it! LOL

I am soooo tired of snow. I'm dragging out the wraith tomorrow for a mud run through Palmer park. Thinking flamers canyon on the south side hopefully there's some dirt and rocks with minimum snow. Meet up at ten if anyone wants to go muddin.
