colorado springs weekly comps/trail runs?

Hobby Town had 2 batteries I actually wanted to buy were closer to $100 each. If they had a 5000mah 2s or 3s for under $60 (all the money I brought with me) I still would have come home with it. But I guess waiting a few days for shipping is worth spending 1/2 to 1/3 as much.

Edit: it would have been $29 shipped if I would have had the $4off coupon and been willing to pay directly from paypal.

I bought the venom 4000. The only difference between the 4000 and it was either 5000 or 5600 was "7min" at hobby town and a $10 difference. On a good day ive gotten 3 hours out of my lipo

What happened to the video from Blodgett? I understand that we wanna get views to the channel with the sawback but we (at least me) would like to see some of the the stuff that includes all the trucks. Not trying to be a dick or anything just saying.

One video at a time. I only have so much time in a day and its getting started on this week. And its nice to break things up a bit nobody wants to sit and watch the same stuff everyweek of 10 some odd trucks. Its also a bit more difficult putting together a video that keeps somebody entertained with 10 trucks in it and you dont have to sit there watching a 20 some minute video. So ill go ahead and touch base on everything. If your not in a video do t take it personal your either to far ahead of the group or to far behind. Taking to long to maneuver and obstacle or rolling over (more than once) or grabbing the truck. Its all got to fit and flow well be short and sweet to make people like the videos. The only way the views go up is if the whole video is watched for it to count. Just cause a video isnt up right away is because i take my time and its a hobby not my full time job. Im not being a dick or an asshole or a tool but thats just how it is as far as asking me about videos.

I understand that it takes time. I was just wondering. I just like seeing how everyone performed on the runs that we have. I honestly don't mind long videos. I personally find them more enjoyable. You do good work Donnie I was just wondering that is all.

Thats fine im actually starting on it as we speak but i want to try to entertain everybody and not bore anybody to death waiting 8 minutes for one truck

Calm thy self farmer of the penis...the Blodgett run video was MIA for a little time. True I do enjoy seeing all the rigs killing the trail in videos. I believe its next in line to be done.

Good work again Donnie...we all enjoy you and your efforts to help get the word or view out for SoCo Crawlers. I hope to get my laptop back soon so I can start helping more in the video department. None the less you both know im the ahole toolbag dick out of the group! :flipoff:
 
I'm the guy that lags behind and rolls over more than once on an obstacle and takes forever to complete before giving up and grabbing my rig and tossing it 10 feet down the trail....

Ya a great time and if anyone wants video of their rig, bring a camera and hand it to me....it's not like I'm in hurry or need to chase anyone down. I'm in the back chillin and loving watching everyone have a good time.
 
Any ideas for a run sunday or too soon to say? I was thinkin about heading to palmer again sunday weather I finish my g6 or not! Still gonna run my wraith seing as it handled the snow really well (iam sure it helped having my mudslingers on!)

Went out today with a set of 2.2 on the JK and wow, what a difference over the 1.9s I struggled with on Sunday. Went home and put together a set of snow chains for the 1.9s hoping they will give them some bite. Check them out.

Congratulations to everyone that has posted a video on YouTube for the club. Looks like in a span of two months we have 10 + videos posted under the soco name. We are getting the word out pretty fast now with all the Kik ass videos Donnie's been producing on his own time. Love the last one with the sawback and scx comparison. Looks like you just hit the 300 + mark on views. Thank you to everyone and all your help in making this the best rc club this side of the Mississippi. I'm looking forward to next year and all the cool events to come. Zebulon pike would be proud son.
