I'm having a problem with my Dell Laptop
How due you re-install Intel Bluetooth wireless high speed drivers
I downloaded drivers from Intel
And from Dell and from Microsoft
Installed them and restarted the Laptop
And keep getting the re-install message for the bluetooth drivers
Its a Dell 17R Inspiron laptop
With Windows 8.1 Pro
The laptop has not been powered up in a few months
and soon as it starts it takes a few minutes then the message center thing
Says I need to re-install the bluetooth wireless high speed drivers
I tried to disable the blue tooth then re-enable
I uninstalled the device in the Device Manager but as soon as you restart
the Laptop the bluetooth re-installs its self
Then a couple minutes later the message center thing again
Keeps telling me to re-install the bluetooth driver
how do I fix the problem cause I have done every thing I can think of
the bluetooth does find my desktop and cell phone cause there all paired together
So it seems like its working but keep getting the same message
there is no hardware or software changes and keeps telling me the drivers are up to date
I don't get what the **** happened
It was sitting in my laptop bag and was fine
It has not been on in 3 or 4 months cause I prefer my Desktop
Its a sweet laptop with a Intel I7 4.1 gig processor and as much memory as I could get in it
Have hsad no problems with it except the bluetooth bullshit
can some please tell me how to correct the driver issue
My Desktop is also a Dell XPS with Windows 8.1 pro and I7 4.3 gig processor
And have not any problems with the bluetooth and my desktop does pickup my laptop and cell like my laptop does
There different bluetooth devices but they should work both the same right ??
so how do I fix my laptop
Cause I can't figure it out
